Introduction We, Rush Gaming is a back to back Cod Champions in Japan, with sponsors like Sennheiser Gaming. Rush Gaming is owned and managed by Wekids, a Tokyo based agency ( https://www.wekids-inc.com/ ) which consists of professional or ex-professional gamers and industry veterans specialized in marketing, data analysis and community management for games. As Rush Gaming is attempting to challenge at Call of Duty World League, we are looking for a passionate analyst for the team to grow as a team together. A successful candidate will turn data and observation into information, information into insight and insight into suggestions and decisions. CoD Analyst Responsibilities Make analytical documents based on interpretation of data or analyzing results from Rush Gaming’s players scrim or league match videos posted online media Suggest the next practice actions, identify what and where the team or individual can improve and define new improvement opportunities. Work with the management team of Rush Gaming / Wekids to prioritize the practice strategy by having occasional calls. Requirements Technical expertise as a CoD esports player in NA or EU region (ex-Professional CoD players from NA are more preferable ) Proven working experience as an analyst Strong knowledge of and experience of making an analytical documents (Google docs, Microsoft Word) Strong knowledge of map awareness, team strategy, and respawn systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Open minded, proactive and can work with little instructions. Brief Frequency of analysis Minimum 10 maps / week Analysis should be handed in latest 3 business days after requests, preferably done in 1-2 business days Analyst remains low-key until the 3 months trial period is up Meaning, opinions on Twitter and other social media has nothing to do with Rush Gaming during the trial period Timing July 2017 - September 2017 3 months contract review Contact rushgaming@wekids-inc.com
